Mo-Sys Academy Terms and Conditions

Booking, Payment, Cancellations, and Transfers

1. Acceptance of Booking and Invoicing

1.1 Mo-Sys Academy reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

1.2 Upon submission of a booking request through the Mo-Sys Academy website (Eventbrite), an automatic email will be sent confirming receipt of your request. Please note that all bookings are subject to availability.

1.3 A booking will only be considered confirmed once Mo-Sys Academy issues an invoice for the booking.

2. Course Fee and Payment

2.1 Payment for the course must be made at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2 Attendees are responsible for covering any associated bank fees.

2.3 Mo-Sys Academy reserves the right to deny entry to the course if payment has not been received in accordance with the agreed terms.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Customers must notify Mo-Sys Academy of a cancellation in writing.

3.2 If a cancellation is not advised in writing before the date of the course presentation, the full course fee will be payable.

3.3 For cancellations made 7 calendar days or more before the course date, 25% of the course fee will be payable.

3.4 For cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the course date, 100% of the course fee will be payable.

4. Transfers

4.1 Bookings are non-transferable if a delegate can no longer attend a scheduled course date.

4.2 Delegates who can no longer attend may be transferred to another course at no extra cost, provided Mo-Sys Academy is notified 14 calendar days or more before the course date.

5. Cancelled Courses

5.1 Mo-Sys Academy reserves the right to cancel a course after accepting nominations. In such cases, Mo-Sys Academy will fully reimburse any course fees paid. Mo-Sys Academy's liability is limited to the amount of the course fees paid and will not extend to cover any additional costs associated with the event, such as (but not limited to) travel arrangements.

6. Failure to Finish a Course

6.1 Clients who choose not to complete a course they have started will not be eligible for any reimbursement of course fees.

6.2 Clients unable to complete a course due to illness will not be eligible for any reimbursement of course fees. However, Mo-Sys Academy may offer alternative dates if available.
